IEESSP is tailored for every individual with special needs trying to acquire digital and employability skills. You do not need to be a graduate to apply. We only need you to have a level of education! You will gain the right skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the job market, land your dream job, remote jobs, pursue professional growth and entrepreneurial opportunities. You will be trained for free and at the end of this training you will gain another scholarship to learn free digital skills like Cyber security, Data Analysis, IT Project Management, or any other, from the courses we offer.

Overview:
This is a two month virtual training program designed for our special members - wheel chaired, dyslexic, and any other that does not prevent one from learning. This training takes place on weekends to ensure flexibility and accommodate everyone’s schedule.
Upon completion, participants will undergo an assessment, and those who succeed will receive a certification. We try to ensure everyone experience real work experience and internships with various companies and facilitates employment opportunities after the training.
